From an aesthetic point of view, defects look extremely untidy. They spoil the look of fingers and hands in particular, even if a person regularly makes a manicure. On the medical side, neoplasms with complications can develop into full-fledged inflammation, which is extremely difficult to cure.

Why burrs appear

Often burrs appear in people whose fingers have a sensitive skin from nature.   • permanent sitting on rigid diets, starvation;
  • lack of retinol, tocopherol, B-group vitamins in the body;
  • the presence of parasitic worms;
  • diabetes;
  • general exhaustion and dehydration of the skin.

  • regular exposure to the skin of the hands of chemical detergents, hard water;
  • service at the enterprise with chemicals, alloys, volatile compounds without gloves;
  • drying the skin in the summer;
  • frostbite, winding in winter;
  • neglect of the basic rules of hand skin care (moisturizing, nutrition, disinfection, etc.);
  • the presence of such addictions as licking fingers, biting nails and cuticles around the plate;
  • performance of classical (cut) pedicure / manicure with non-observance of technology;
  • susceptibility to finger injuries when playing with sand, pebbles;
  • frequent use of nail polish remover with acetone;
  • nail extensions through poor quality materials (methyl methacrylate);
  • skin feature, in which the cuticle grows into the nail;
  • solarium, frequent sun exposure.

Diagnosis of burrs

Attention should be paid to cosmetic tumors in the case when, subject to basic rules and the absence of obvious reasons, burrs appear again and again.

In such a situation, it is necessary to visit the clinic and donate feces for the presence of dysbiosis. Also, a specialist will require to undergo a biochemical blood test (general).

In particularly difficult cases, you will have to be examined to identify which vitamins your body lacks. Many need a hair analysis for micro and macro elements.

If you have a lack of vitamins, there will be cracks in the corners of the lips. If the burr has outgrown with a full boil, hand over the pus for analysis to identify the infectious agent.
